What is the standard turnaround time for custom print orders?

Most standard print orders are processed and ready for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. Expedited production options are available at checkout for urgent projects.

Can I request a physical proof before my full order is printed?

Yes, we offer physical press proofs for a small fee to ensure colors and layout meet your expectations. Alternatively, digital PDF proofs are provided for free with every order.

What file formats do you accept for artwork uploads?

We recommend uploading high-resolution PDF files with a minimum of 300 DPI. We also accept .AI, .EPS, .PNG, and .JPG formats.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of the package.

What is your policy on returns for custom-printed items?

Because custom products are made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part. Please contact support within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.
