At Staples Printing, we strive for perfection in every print, but if your order doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day window for returns or reprints. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are typically processed for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Claim

    Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.

    Submit Quality Proof

    Upload clear photos of the printing error or transit damage so our quality assurance team can review the discrepancy.

  • 3.
    Receive Authorization

    Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  • 4.
    Refund or Reprint

    Choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a priority reprint of your order at no additional cost.
